Join us for a wonderful tour of some of Ireland’s finest scenery. Follow the route of the Ring of Kerry through the breathtaking landscape of the Iveragh Peninsula, explore lively Killarney and fashionable Kinsale, and visit magnificent Muckross House and the tranquil lakes of Killarney National Park
Day 1: After our pickups, we drive to Holyhead where we board the ferry for Ireland. We head straight to our hotel, the 3* Gleneagle in Killarney. What a wonderful base to spend our holiday!
Day 2: A short day out after our travel day yesterday, today we will explore the wild and remote Beara Peninsula, a bygone haunt of smugglers. Tiny islets dot the water, while settlements like the great fishing port of Castletownbereand the views from the road that winds its way west add to the scenic appeal. We also visit Muckross House, one of Ireland’s finest stately homes.
Day 3: Today we head into the rugged beauty of West Cork, and visit famous Kinsale (the gourmet capital of Ireland) at the mouth of the Bandon River. Explore at your leisure and perhaps stop for a bite to eat at one of the many quayside cafes and bars. You’ll also visit historic Skibbereen. The town was one of the areas most affected by the Irish Potato Famine, and its heritage centre features a fascinating exhibition that commemorates the Great Hunger and examines the impact of the desperate period on the local people and events
Day 4: Our final excursion is the day you’ve all been waiting for! Today will take us around the Ring of Kerry, regarded as the most beautiful day tour in the whole of Ireland, a circular route formed by the sublimely beautiful lakes and mountains of the Iveragh Peninsula that stretches west from the pretty town of Kenmare. Pass through a landscape of forests and rugged peaks, tumbling waterfalls and charming villages, and cross CoomakistaPass to take in the panoramic views of the Kenmare River. Catch sight of Macgillycuddy’sReeks from Molls Gap, and explore places like the rugged Cahersiveen, before we return to our hotel.
Day 5: We bid a fond farewell and head for the Ferry to cross back to Holyhead. I’m sure we will be back!

Day 1: This morning we head to our favourite garden centre at Barton Grange where we pause for an hour before embarking on a scenic tour of the RibbleheadValley, pausing for some magnificent views of the Ribblehead viaduct before stopping in the pretty little Yorkshire town of Settle.
Day 2: After a leisurely breakfast we head to Skipton where the market is in full swing along the high street. We enjoy the late morning/lunchtime here before heading over to the Oswaldtwistle shopping

After our morning visit to the training school, we head the short distance to Bolton where you are dropped off outside the Olympus fish & chip shop where fish, chips, mushy peas, a round of bread and tea or coffee will be served (included). You then have around 2 hours free time to enjoy the market which is close by – then if that’s not enough… You will return to the Olympus for fresh scones and tea/coffee before reboarding the coach for the journey home.

Day 1: This morning we head down to the beautiful Victorian resort of Leamington Spa. This beautiful town is full of shops and café’s to explore and the most beautiful Georgian and Victorian architecture. If shopping isn’t your thing, the huge parkland close by is well worth a visit. After a leisurely afternoon, we head to our hotel, where we have a carvery dinner included.
Day 2: This morning we head to the heritage City of Lichfield. A real hidden treasure, Lichfield has a variety of both high street and independently owned shops & café’s for you to wander around. Stunning Lichfield Cathedral is set within the beautifully serene Cathedral Close and is a great place to visit. The 800-year-old cathedral is the third building on the site and has a varied and fascinating history
