Day 1: Today we head directly to the City of York with a comfort break on the way. The Summer is the perfect time to visit this ancient City renowned for its exquisite architecture, a tangle of quaint cobbled streets, iconic York Minster and a wealth of visitor attractions. We have around 4 hours free time before heading over to our hotel in Skipton.
Day 2: This morning we enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading the relatively short but beautiful journey over to Harrogate – an elegant Victorian spa town right in the heart of Yorkshire. Perhaps you fancy lunch at the famous Betty’s tearooms, or a visit to the luxurious Turkish baths. If the Summer weather holds out you could enjoy a champagne picnic in the floral Valley Gardens – whatever you love to do this is a wonderful place to visit.

Day 1: Direct to Leicester where we have time at leisure before our afternoon booking at the King Richard III visitor centre and a short tour of the Leicester Cathedral – resting place of King Richard III.
Day 2: A morning return journey on the Battlefield line, Bosworth, before we head to the Battlefield centre where the ‘Bosworth Medieval Festival’ for the re-enactments are in full swing.

How can we make the Stunning Cotswolds any better? By adding a Steam Railway of course! Join us for this picturesque 4-day tour staying at one of our favourite luxury hotels. The. This hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a 9 hole golf course. The back of the hotel overlooks the beautiful Cotswolds and if you rise early enough you will catch glimpses of the most magnificent sunrises. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and have tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is served by a lift.
Day 1: Today we head to the beautiful black & white town of Stratford Upon Avon. Stratford really has everything you could hope for in a day out – history, shopping, beautiful architecture and river walks. Our drop off point today is right alongside William Shakespeare’s birthplace, or why not catch the sightseeing bus up to Ann Hathaway’s Cottage? The town centre will be bustling today and of course because its Sunday you will find today is the artisans market on the Waterside with up to 60 stalls selling handmade crafts & homemade foods.
Day 2: Today we head North into the heart of the Cotswolds enjoying a guided tour along the way. Our stops today include Bourton on the Water ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ and Moreton in Marsh – both really pretty little traditional Cotswolds towns with independently owned shops, café’s and charity shops.
Day 3: What a day for steam enthusiasts! This morning we head up through the Cotswolds to visit Broadway, a beautiful and historic village, perfect for those who enjoy picturesque landscapes and interesting quirky shopping! Around lunchtime, we head the short distance to board our steam train at the Gloucester and Warwickshire steam railway who have recently extended their line right into the heart of the Cotswolds – this 24 mile, (1 hour) breathtaking journey takes in some picture postcard towns and villages. The journey finishes at Cheltenham, the Spa resort of handsome Regency architecture. We have the afternoon at leisure here to explore what is described as one of the best shopping streets in Britain
Day 4: Who says the homeward journey is a boring one? Not with us! Today we head homeward bound stopping for around 2 hours over lunchtime in the beautiful Town of Bridgnorth. Drop off is in the centre of the ‘hi-town’ – where you will find shops and café’s and most interestingly the funicular railway that runs down to the ‘low town’.
